Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy explains how paid plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds work on Ada, operated by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Plans and pricing
Ada is offered on monthly and yearly subscriptions, billed in UAE Dirham (AED). Current prices are on our pricing page. Diojen Tech FZ-LLC is not currently registered for VAT, so prices are exclusive of VAT and no VAT is charged today; we reserve the right to add VAT if registration becomes required under UAE law.
Demo vs. paid plan
Before you pay, you can preview your generated site as a free, private demo for about seven (7) days. The demo lets you evaluate Ada at no cost; it expires unless you start a paid plan.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. For yearly plans we send a reminder before renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period.
Refunds
Because the free demo lets you try Ada before paying:
- Monthly plans are non-refundable. You can cancel any time to stop the next charge.
- Yearly plans can be fully refunded if you cancel within 14 days of the charge. After 14 days, the yearly plan is non-refundable for the rest of the term.
- Where Ada fails to deliver the service, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Any mandatory rights you have under UAE consumer-protection law are not affected by this policy.
Failed payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it; if it keeps failing, we may suspend your site until billing is resolved.
Price changes
We may change our prices. If a change affects your plan, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.
Custom domains
If you connect your own domain, any fees your domain registrar charges are separate from your Ada subscription and are your responsibility.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly. Abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension.
