Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Ada and the websites you build with it. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Ada you agree to follow it.
1. Who we are
Ada is operated by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC, VUPR0809 Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
2. Using the Services
You may use Ada only to create and run a genuine business website that you are authorised to represent, and only in a lawful way. You are responsible for all content you publish and for making sure it complies with this policy and with the laws that apply to you and your audience.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use Ada to create, publish, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or removes copyright or proprietary notices;
- is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or is obscene;
- is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination;
- promotes regulated or illegal goods or services (such as weapons, narcotics, or stolen goods) without the required licences;
- contains malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services, or use bots or other automated means except features we provide;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, or access controls;
- reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the builder or its components;
- create fake accounts, impersonate others, or harvest email addresses for spam;
- overload or disrupt the Services or the infrastructure they run on;
- use Ada to build or operate a service that competes with Ada.
5. Reporting a breach
If you believe a site built with Ada breaches this policy, report it to [email protected] with enough detail for us to find and review it.
6. Consequences of a breach
Where you breach this policy we may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, suspending or terminating your account and sites, and — for serious cases — reporting you to the authorities or taking legal action. We are not liable for action taken in good faith to enforce this policy.
7. Complaints and removal of content
We try to act fairly. If we remove or suspend content we believe breaches this policy and you think we are mistaken, contact [email protected] and we will review it.
